■オーダーメイドの制作
お客様のご要望をお伺いしてオリジナルデザインのジュエリーをお創りいたします。

《オーダー制作の流れ》
①カウンセリング
お客様のご要望やライフスタイルをヒアリングしながら、お好みのデザインイメージを把握していきます。
②デザイン提案
デザイン案を分かりやすくイメージ画にしてご覧いただきます。気に入っていただけるデザインが決まるまでご提案いたします。
③サンプル制作
デザインが決まりましたら、シルバー素材でサンプルを制作し、実際に着けたときのボリューム感やサイズ、着け心地をご確認いただきます。
※通常、セミオーダーのご依頼ではこの工程はございません。
④本番制作
デザインの最終確認ができましたら本番の制作に入ります。
※ウェディングのオーダーの場合は、この時点で指輪に刻む刻印の文字を確認させていただきます。
⑤完成・納期
心を込めて丁寧に完成させていきます。
デザイン決定から完成まで、３ヶ月ほどお時間をいただいております。
※オーダー状況やイベント開催と重なる時期などは３ヶ月以上になる場合がございますのでご了承ください。
《ご注意点》
・オーダーメイドの制作はお時間が掛かりますのでお急ぎの場合はご相談ください。
・デザインのご提案以降のキャンセルはできませんのでご了承ください。
In the jewelry world, it is not uncommon for customers to say, "I like this design,
but it does not quite fit me…."
At Kiarita, we solve this problem by employing a "semi-order made" method.
Using Kiyora's original designs as a base, we create jewelry that fits each customer's style,
and looks good on you.
This method was born from Kiyora's strong desire to communicate with her customers -
one of the most attractive aspects of her work.
Making Your Jewelry
>> Customer Counseling
We communicate with each customer individually, deciding together which of
Kiyora's designs fit your personal style and how to adjust and tailor it.
>> Placing the Order to Florence
Once we have decided what you want, we place the order to Kiyora in Florence,
where she creates your individual piece of jewelry.
>> Delivery Period
Normally, your jewelry will be delivered within one month. Sometimes,
we need two months, depending on the situation.
>> Delivering Jewelry to the Customer
We let you know when your jewelry has arrived and deliver it to you personally.
■お買上げ日より１年間は正常なご使用状態での不具合や損傷に対して無償で修理を承ります。
■外装部分につきましては製造上の原因による不良部分以外は保証対象外となり有料での修理となります。
《保証対象外》
1．誤まったご使用や不注意による不具合・損傷
2．ご使用中に生じる外装の小キズや汚れ
3．天災や火災による不具合・損傷
4．保証書のご提示がない場合
>> For up to one year after purchase, any problems or damage caused through regular use will be fixed free of charge.
>> Except for problems created during the production of a piece of jewelry, any other repairs will not be covered by the Guarantee, and fees will be charged
These include:
1. Damage resulting from misuse or lack of care
2. Small scratches or stains resulting from normal use (after first year)
3. Damage resulting from natural disaster or fire
4. Other damage not covered by the Guarantee
■ご自宅でのお手入れ方法
ぬるま湯に中性洗剤を少し入れた容器の中でジュエリーを振り洗いした後に、水でしっかり洗い流して柔らかい布やキッチンペーパーなどで擦らず押さえるように水気を拭き取ってください。
■クリーニングのサービス
日本橋高島屋の常設ショップ、イベント会場にてクリーニングのサービスを行っておりますのでお気軽にお立ち寄りください。
《お取り扱い上の注意》
基本的にジュエリーはとてもデリケートなものです。
美しい状態を保つために…
・取り外した後はジュエリー用の布などで汚れをこまめに拭き取りましょう。
（汗やホコリなどはジュエリーの汚れやくすみ・曇りの原因になります。）
※キアリタのシルバー素材の作品はロジウムコーティングをかけていますので、強く擦らないよう気をつけてください。
・保管の際はジュエリーケースや透明の小袋などにひとつずつ小分けにして収納しましょう。
・収納する際は柔らかな布に包むなどして硬い物との接触にご注意ください。
※特にパールやサンゴ、カメオなど。
・ご入浴やシャワー・プールなどでのご使用はジュエリーが変色することがありますのでご注意ください。

>> We are happy to periodically inspect and check your jewelry.
>> Cleaning and polishing can be provided by Kiarita for a separate fee.
< Caring for Your Kiarita Jewelry >
Jewelry is delicate. To keep your pieces in good condition,we recommend that you do the following:
>> Before each use, clean jewelry well with a special cloth for that purpose.
(Sweat and dust can cause jewelry to become dirty, dull or cloudy.)
>> Store each piece of jewelry in its own small jewelry case or box.
>> When not being used, jewelry should be individually wrapped in soft cloth and not allowed in contact with hard objects.
>> Be aware that discoloration can occur from wearing jewelry in the bath,shower and pool.
